Yes, another Five Star review of Hastings Roofing! Managed all the paperwork for permits, professional and respectful work crew. Immaculate work completed on time. The standout was truly the communication. Rapid response to email queries from the owner-manager, regular face to face communication from project manager Rick and time spent answering my questions with clear information consistently from start to finish. They also managed a side issue quickly and efficiently with my non compliant AC pipes causing an unexpected problem so I wasn’t left with trying to sort it myself in the middle of roof replacement. That was above and beyond what I could have expected. Not often you have the pleasure of doing a five star review on a skilled trades house repair company.. I only wish they did other general housing repairs!
I can’t say enough good things about Cody, and his work crew, and Hastings Roofing. Our house was on the market and we discovered we had to replace the roof and were in a time crunch. Cody worked with us and was able to get everything done before our closing. They were able to get the entire roof replaced within a day and it looks great!Great Quality and Great Customer Service, all at a great price!!
Our project was small but of immense importance. Our four year old roof was found to be showing premature wear. Our home inspector referred us to Cody Hastings for further assistance. I could not have imagined a better partner with this project than Cody. He inspected our roof and expressed great concern for the premature wear he identified. We both worked with copies of the highly detailed shingle evaluation form, each doing our own part as homeowner and as licensed roofing professional. Cody took 69 pictures from all areas of our roof, removed a shingle for evaluation and replaced it, sealed two nail pops that he discovered during his evaluation and that I forgot to ask him to repair. He just went ahead and did it without my asking! He secured the required aerial roof measurement report. All the while he explained to me what he was doing and why. But beyond all of these tasks was his professionalism, friendliness, reliability, and responsiveness. Working with Cody was easy and enjoyable. His primary concern was the state of our roof and making sure to provide me with all the information I’d need to present to the manufacturer. He found the time to help me between much bigger projects that he was working on. Whatever the manufacturer decides, I will remain confident that Cody did everything in his power to secure the best outcome possible. And, his charges were very reasonable. I highly recommend Hastings Roofing Service!
